Oriflame Worldwide is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure not only the safety of our staff and delivery partners but also, our customers. Our warehouse remains open with extra safety measures taken.

We know that you cannot wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchase on Oriflame Worldwide That is why we try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible. Below is some information on delivery times and fees.

Please note, Oriflame Worldwide is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons - however, below is the quickest and best delivery estimation for your country.

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Oriflame Worldwide is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Oriflame Worldwide will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

There can be possible delays during this high volume sale period. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your new Oriflame Worldwide as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders received before 12 PM AEDT Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day.

EXPRESS 1-2 DAY DELIVERY –  Cost: €10.50EUR

All Australian orders are sent express via Australia Post Express With Signature serviceIf you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card. Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. (Rural area's may incur 1 additional working day)

We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Oriflame Worldwide does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Oriflame Worldwide does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
